Shipping & return policy

Thank you for ordering at our online shop. We hope you love the pieces that you’ve ordered. If something didn’t work out, you have the chance to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.

Below are the location specific shipping and return options:

NETHERLANDS & BELGIUM

  • Free shipping with PostNL for orders over 250 euro. 
  • For orders below 250 euro we charge a 4,95 euro shipment fee
  • Delivery is within 2-3 business days
  • You can return your item within 14 days after delivery. 
  • For returns you can e-mail info@martan-official.com to request a return label. If you enjoyed free outbound shipping, the costs of the return label of 4,95 euro will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges are for free.

    EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES (OTHER THAN NL & BE)

  • Free standard shipping for orders over 250 euro  (3 - 7 business days)
  • For orders under 250 euro shipping is 12,50 euro (3 - 7 business days)
  • Express shipping with DHL Express (2 - 3 business days) is available for 22,50 euro.
  • You can return your item within 14 days after delivery.

  • For returns you can e-mail info@martan-official.com to request a return label. When you enjoyed free outbound shipping, the costs of the return label of 12,50 euro will be deducted from your refund. 

    • REST OF THE WORLD (COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF EU)

    • Standard shipping is 18,50 euro  (7 - 10 business days)
    • Express shipping with DHL Express (2 - 4 business days) is available for 32,50 euro
    • Customs and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to retain the paperwork to claim back fees on returned items. 
    • You can return your item within 14 days after delivery. 
    • Returns from your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered.
